How much does shipping cost? And how long does it take?
Popvil orders are typically shipped out within 24 hours, orders are estimated to be delivered within the following time frames depending on your selected shipping type.
Please note, some orders may experience longer transit times due to heavy parcel volumes, international staffing shortages, and limited flights. It's best to place your order a few weeks before you need it!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we can deliver all over the world except for remote areas, you can also confirm whether the address is optional by filling in the personal contact information page. If you can’t choose the address you want, please email our Customer Service team at support@popvil.zendesk.com for further assistance.
How do I check my order status?
As soon as your order is placed we'll send you an order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, we'll follow up with a tracking link that you can use to follow along with the shipment. You can also log into your Popvil account to check the status of your orders by clicking "Me" Menu--My Order.
If you do not receive an order or shipping confirmation email from us within the expected windows, we recommend double-checking your Spam or Promotions folder or email our Customer Service team at support@popvil.zendesk.com for further assistance.
My order is shown to be delivered but I can't find it?
We're here to help! We know that sometimes, a carrier might mark a package as "delivered" before it's actually made it to its destination. To help us troubleshoot, could you please complete the following steps and email us at support@popvil.zendesk.com:
- Verify your shipping address is correct.
- Check around your house and your mailbox.
- Check if a neighbor or someone else accepted the delivery.
- Check back in 2 days (in rare cases packages may say delivered up to 3 business days prior to arrival).
If you still are missing your package after these steps, rest assured we'll work together to get this fixed!
Tips for shipping:
1) For delivering successfully, we suggest you leave the correct email address, shipping address, and mobile number during the checkout process.
2) Unsuccessful delivery caused by a blank mobile column cannot be compensated.
3) PO Box or BFPO is not accepted if you choose express shipping. Your address should be detailed enough, even include the apartment or unit number. Nondelivery or extra shipping fee due to personal reasons will not be taken by Popvil.com.

Customs & Import Tax
Customs is a government agency responsible for regulating shipments entering a country or region. All shipments being sent to and from a country or region must clear customs first. It's always the buyer's responsibility to clear customs and pay the relevant custom duties.
In most countries, however, you have to pay taxes or duties on imported goods. Sometimes goods under a certain value, or in certain categories, do not incur taxes.
The rules are different in every country. Unfortunately, there is no way for us to know the rules, regulations, customs, traditions, practices, loopholes, schemes, systems, paperwork, codes, laws, or rulings of every single country.
Therefore, we cannot, and will not, offer advice about taxes in your country. As the buyer, it is your responsibility to find out that information before you order.
If you have to pay import taxes and/or additional duties and sales taxes, then you would have to pay that to the courier upon receipt of the package(s). We can't calculate this for you or you cannot pre-pay it. If you are drop-shipping or sending a gift item to someone, please make sure they are aware of the possibility of having to pay taxes when receiving the goods.
