Information passed between your computer and our website cannot be read in the event of someone else intercepting it.

How to check my order status?
Please log into your account, click "My Order" and you will see the order status straightaway.
Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
In order to know the status of your order and to check if a modification is possible, you must contact our customer service via email at email@example.com. Please note that we are unable to make changes to an order after it is shipped out, changes include address changes, item changes and cancellations.
Can I cancel my unpaid order?
Please log into your account, click "My Order" click on the "Cancel Order" button, and submit the reason why you cancel the order. Your order will be canceled.
