Return Warranty
We always take pride in our product quality and our strict quality control system. If you have any problems about the item you purchased, please contact our customer service department through email: support@popvil.zendesk.com. Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery date (which is shown by the delivery information). Please note that we don’t accept return after 30 day time frame.
RETURN PROCESS
- To start a return or exchange, please email to our customer service and include: order number, the question you want to solve together with picture of product if necessary. (Please DO NOT return to address on your original package, that isn't our return address.)
- We will let our logistic pick it up from your address within 1-7days.
- All returned items should be in original conditions, you can check #3 on the Notice below.
- Refunds will be processed and reimbursed to your original account -- credit card or PayPal the first time we receive your return package. It may take 5-7 business days to return to your account.
*NOTICE
- Original shipping charges are not refunded when the order has been returned.
- Please do not return your products directly to the address on the package that you have received. The return address that provided by our customer service is valid only.
- For sanitary reasons, all returned items should be unwashed and unworn with original tags and hygiene linner attached. We do not accept the returned item that was worn, torn, snagged, stained or altered in any way, they must be in original condition when being returned. Please try on Popvil swim items over your underwear without removing the hygiene liner. Our quality inspection department will destroy the unqualified product directly after receiving it, so the returned product cannot be sent back to the customer any more.
- The following items cannot be returned unless quality issue: items in Flash Sale, Buy 1 get 1 Free, Nubra and Intimates.
- Piece sets cannot be returned or exchanged individually.
All customers must use the logistic service we provide, and the cost will deduct from the refund amount. If the refund is not sufficient to cover the cost of the return shipping, we will reserve the right to refuse the return, or you will bear the additional expenses incurred.
Once your return request is approved and your pickup information is confirmed, our drivers will direclty pick the return shipment up from the address you provide.
Depending on where your deliver returns, the number of items you return, your return shipping costs may vary. For the majority of U.S. regions:

If you are not able to hand off the return package to our drivers at that time, we’ll attempt to pick up the package again over the next 3 business days. In case the package remains unpicked up by the driver, we will close the refund and return request and consider it is a voluntary abandonment by you, and the return shipping costs will not be refunded again.
Refund
Exact Refund amount = Total Refund Amount - Original Shipping Fee - Return Shipping Charges
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 48 hours after we receive your package, and the refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Normally it will take 1-7 business days to clear your refund, but it varies depending on your original method of payment, card issuer, bank or electronic payment agency, the refund may take up to 14 business days to show up on your account.
